We use the term "tract" to refer to the builder/tract name, not a Tract Number as found in a legal description.  To learn more about builder/tract names, click on Tracts.

A "Tract Report" consists of tract and model information, floor plans, a list of streets in the tract and, if we have them, site plans, features and maps.  The floor plans are illustrations, not blue prints.  To learn more about "Tract Reports," please watch our Overview video.

Premium Tract Report Subscription

You have 12 months from the date you order to access your reports.  If you use them up before the 12 months, then you will need to reorder.  When your subscription ends, unused credits at the end of the year WILL roll over if you renew within 90 days.

You may access each Report up to three (3) separate times on one credit.

Your reports will be in a PDF format and may be printed, saved or emailed.

Any part of the report may be used on a flyer or in an appraisal report but may NOT be posted on the Internet.

Single Tract Report Purchase

It is now possible to order just one report.

We will need the street address (street number and suffix like Ave, St, etc.), the city and county and your credit card info.

If we have the project, your card will be charged and we will send you the report as a PDF document.

Otherwise we will inform you that we don't have a report for your project. Your card will not be charged.

Whether we process your card or not, we do not save credit card information.
